Includes: * small outdoor kitchen counter and cabinet install * mini bar/counter area build and install * a few small wall cuts to bring cable through outer wall/reach electrical through an indoor cabinet * frame out an interior wall and put a door in it * install metal attic railing from a kit * hang some curtains * screw in plywood to attic rafters to create a sub floor * trim a curved opening into an existing sink MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS - We can pick you up and drop you off if needed Must have some knowledge - if you need to drill a bunch of holes to find a stud - or miss using an anchor or finding a stud and the things fall off the wall - you are not the worker for us We need this work done and completed in the month of April - our hours/days are flexible and we can work on your schedule
