The K-12 Teachers Alliance, located in Frankfort, is looking for an Admissions Representative to help school teachers find the right graduate programming. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of K-12 teachers, principals and the children they serve. Since our inception, we have found surprising success in helping educators through the proactive method of communication and shared problem solving. We are now growing by leaps and bounds, based on the simple idea of “help us help you.” Now is the best time to join us in giving back to the educators we serve as we face today’s education challenges together! WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Provide exceptional service via phone and e-mail to inquiries and applicants • Travel/conduct informational meetings for students and prospective applicants • Present information and chat/discuss questions via WebEx meetings • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of graduate programs • Outreach to K-12 schools to help bring exposure to our partner universities' programs WHO’S RIGHT FOR THE JOB: • Exceptional customer service experience is a plus • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Strong organizational skills, able to manage priorities and work flow while multitasking • SalesForce experience helpful
