This unique adventure training experience is designed for Cadettes who are interested in developing their leadership skills. This is not your average Cadette Leadership program! Girls should expect to explore the wild new pathways to leadership during the 2021 Cadette Leadership Weekend program. This unique adventure training experience is designed for Cadettes who are interested in developing their leadership skills. The program takes place at Camp Honi Hanta and includes a weekend of intensive leadership training. Cadettes will develop leadership and outdoor skills that will prepare them to work with younger girls in a camp setting. The 2021 Cadette Leadership Weekend will also introduce new stations. The exciting series of interactive workshops and stations, energetic activities, and fun-filled challenges are specifically designed to inspire and enable each girl to uncover her unique abilities, develop greater self-confidence, master strategies for success in camp and beyond, and acquire the motivation and ability to bring about change.
