At least part of the answer is the existence of racially restrictive covenants. Join us March 30 as our Building An Equitable Golden Valley team discusses the development of the Minneapolis area and how realtors, developers, property owners, and governments worked to ensure Golden Valley was an all-white community. A moderated panel will explore the devastating and lasting impacts of these covenants. Panelists include Jamar Hardy, Edina Realty; Jared Shepherd, Hoff Barry PA; Emily Goellner, City of Wayzata; and Deirdre Wells, Frazier Group.
