Press release from the City of Hillsboro: March 29, 2021 Hidden Creek Community Center is Hillsboro's new community center. This facility brings families, friends, and neighbors together in a place that is accessible, inclusive, and affordable. With two stories and 51,000 square feet, this state-of-the art facility has something for everyone. You'll find a community room, classrooms, a two-court gymnasium, two fitness studios, a fitness center, and a Kids' Club. Aquatics The Aquatics addition for the Hidden Creek Community Center continues to be part of the long term plan for this park. We are moving forward with securing the initial land use permit, and in future years we will seek funding for this important amenity. We are working closely with the Hidden Creek Community Center architects to ensure adequate space is left for the addition, so that the park and full Community Center build-out will be integrated into a cohesive and vibrant public space. Once in ActiveNet, type in "Hidden Creek Tours," to search and sign up. Gymnasium Reservations Gymnasium Time Blocks Register through ActiveNet. View the Gymnasium Schedule. Reservation times are for 1.5-hour time blocks. Facility use during your reservation is limited to the Gymnasium. Registration does not include participation in a Group Exercise Class or use of the Cardio/Weight Room. The gymnasium will be divided into four quadrants separated by drop down screens. You can reserve one section of the gymnasium with a maximum of four participants per reservation. Volleyball is full court and allows six participants. Basketball time slots have two hoops set at 10 feet and one at 8 feet. Equipment is available for check-out. For Hidden Creek members, there is no charge to use the courts. Non-members are subject to the Drop-in Fee, payable at check in. Please note: in accordance with Oregon Health Authority guidelines, basketball is strictly non-contact. Monday through Friday 6:30 to 8 am 8:20 to 9:50 am 10:10 to 11:40 am 12 to 1:30 pm 3:10 to 4:40 pm 5 to 6:30 pm Saturday and Sunday 8 to 9:30 am 9:50 to 11:20 am 11:40 to 1:10 pm Arriving and Departing Do not arrive more than five minutes early, please, and remember to physical distance between yourself and others in line. Arrive dressed to exercise and bring a full water bottle. Please limit your personal belongings as lockers/storage are not available. You will be asked some health questions at a table in the lobby upon arrival. Please swipe your membership card or pay Single Use Visit fee at the front desk. Please leave promptly when your time block concludes. Hidden Creek will close for cleaning for 20 minutes between time blocks. Physical Distancing Required Please maintain a physical distance of six feet between yourself and other patrons outside your household in compliance with Oregon Health Authority guidelines. Welcome Pass All patrons can sign up for a one-month Welcome Pass, valid for the month of April. This is the only membership available for purchase at this time. We will not be activating our three-Month, 12-Month or ongoing memberships at this time. Cost $12 per month for residents $18 per month for non-residents Prices are subject to change as we are able to provide more amenities. The Welcome Pass will allow access to Group Exercise classes, gym space, and cardio/weight room by reservation. We will also accept existing Silver&Fit, SilverSneakers, and Renew Active memberships. You may also purchase a single admission pass. Drop-in Fees Under 2 years: Free Youth (ages 2 to 17): $6 Young Adult (ages 18 to 21): $6.50 Adult: $7 Person with a Disability: $6 Family: $17 Senior (62 and older): $6 Non-residents pay an additional $2 fee per person for general facility support.
