Entrepreneur Fundamentals is a four-week interactive course that teaches aspiring, new, and established entrepreneurs business strategies. AGENDA: Taught by Local Union business consultants and coaches, you’ll build skills and develop relationships with advisors to help you and your business. This curriculum includes sessions on: Vision mapping, goal setting, and short and long-term strategyBusiness finances, broken downMarketing and knowing your customersLeadership, time management, and business skillsNetworking with fellow entrepreneur cohortFree take-home worksheets with each session, which you can use for your business (and share with your employees)!WHO: Any aspiring, new, or established entrepreneur looking to strengthen their business fundamentals and strategies, work more efficiently, and reach success quicker. INVESTMENT: Tuition for the program is $125. BONUS! Includes free individual coaching session with Local Union (valued at $75). WHEN & WHERE: In-person in Dunedin, FL classroom (exact location to be announced at a later time). Wednesdays in May 6-7:30pm. Classes on May 5, 12, 19, 26.
