Roofing, masonry, and general labor work

I'm looking to hire someone to help me do a little patching on a generally flat commercial roof and/or do a little masonry to patch a hole and possibly take care of some tuckpointing. Roofing job There are at least three small leaks in the roof, so I'm planning on putting up a good bit of tar and doing whatever preventative maintenance seems necessary along the sides. I'd also ideally like to put up a vent cover on a chimney. I have a ladder that's barely going to be big enough for this job, so if you've got a tall ladder (say 14 ft+), I'd recommend bringing it. Masonry There's a hole in the back of the building that's about 6 ft by 3 ft and the brick is three layers deep. If you've had some experience doing masonry, this should be a fairly straightforward job. I'll have the mortar, bricks, and a few tools, but if we end up doing some of the other tuckpointing, you'll need to bring a battery-operated tool for cutting out the mortar where necessary (note that there's no electricity on site). Beyond that, there's a lot of stuff to load into a truck and generally clean the place up. If you're experienced in both roofing and masonry, I'd be happy to hire you for two days or I'm willing to split the work between two different people if that makes more sense. We would get started a little late in the morning (10 am or so) on Saturday April 3 and work until it's too dark, and then I realize it's Easter, but if you're up for it, we could work all day on Sunday April 4 from sunup to sundown. $20/hour in cash at the end of the day, with at least 10 hours guaranteed each day.
