From Feed the Soul: Sometimes ya just need a good sauce. Maybe for drizzling on top of chicken or a rice bowl, dressing a salad or using as a dipping sauce for crisp carrots, cucumbers or jicama. And sometimes… OK, most times… You need it fast. Pronto. Like, dinner-is-ready-in-5-minutes-and-you-just-realized it-needs-some-extra-help-in-the-flavor-department fast. Enter: This dreamy green tahini sauce with lemon and cilantro. It's a tangy, fresh n' herby, holy grail sauce. Kinda garlicky, kinda briny and citrusy, a little bit nutty. Extremely dippable. Very pretty mint green color. (Warning: You might lick the food processor/blender clean.) It's the perfect, highly customizable condiment for just about anything you can throw its way. It's an all-seasons hero that goes with all kinds of dishes. Veggies, meats, breads, you name it!This is my go-to sauce for whenever I'm making a grain bowl (which is most weeknights). My typical combo is spinach, saffron rice, canned chickpeas and whatever veggies I've got in the fridge. This sauce adds such a pretty pop of color to anything you're making! And it's a great way to use up leftover cilantro stems, since those are also packed with delicious flavor.
