Strong communication skills & people skills Minimum 2-year hands on construction experience Extremely reliable & dependable (time management & punctuality) Team player and ability to follow and take orders and procedures Valid driver's license and insurance Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screening & background check High school diploma or GED preferred, or will accept equivalent work experience JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES ACE Junk Removal and Demolition 2-3 crew members takes residential and commercial junk material to the proper facilities rather it be the landfill, transfer station, or recycling facilities safely and efficiently. Teamwork is essential! It is necessary to tarp every load and check the vehicle before driving. Ensure every customer is happy and satisfied with work being performed. Able to take orders and follow directions. Being respectful of all Equipment, team members, and customers.
