Join us Saturday, April 10 on The Wharf Miami Lawn for a FREE yoga class followed by FREE Gua Sha Workshops. Limited spots, RSVP required. Get your NAMASTE and SKINCARE on Saturday, April 10 at The Wharf Miami! The day starts off at 10:30 a.m. with a 45-minute yoga class by @yoga_fusion and @yogareform. Then, join HABITS SKIN LAB for a 40-minute Gua Sha Skincare Workshop at 11:30 a.m. AND 12:15 p.m. YOGA: 45-minute Vinyasa power yoga flow where you will get the chance to reconnect with your body, mind and soul. Get ready to practice breathing, sun salutations, standing postures, heart and hip opening. **Matt required, open to all levels. GUA SHA: A 40-minute Facial Gua Sha Workshop here to guide you through the widely popular ancient face healing techniques. You will use an Indian Jade Gua Sha Stone to deeply massage your skin, target early aging signs, promote blood circulation, stimulate collagen production, de-puff the skin, and, most importantly, learn how to give a natural lift to our face. This workshop will teach you a few face massages and techniques to put in practice at home when doing your skincare routine. **Gua Sha stone provided.
