While Vinyasa brings more of a flow to class Hatha Yoga breaks down the poses individually to ensure each pose is entered carefully.
Instructor Natasha Diehl, took her 200 hour YTT in India and has more of a traditional focus within her teachings.
She designs her classes so that it is accessible to anyone even the beginner yogi! She hopes that you will join her on this journey to align the mind, body and soul!
