My 86 year old grandmother’s chihuahua went missing today 3/30/21 around 3pm near Sycamore Court and 7th Street in Upland. My grandmother is extremely distraught! The dogs name is Baby she is tiny probably only about 3lbs. Please contact me if you see her!!
