Hiring a licensed electrician to fix a couple of things to get rough green tag. Apprentice on the job left a couple of things done wrong or not done and abandoned the job. The inspector has walked the job with me and I have a clear list of things he wants done and things that follow the design. 1) Move outlet to right side of refrigerator closet. 2) Add dishwasher circuit. 3) Add light by back door. 4) Back porch: move dryer outlet to back of washer so resident can install either side-by-side or stackable washer/dryer. 5) Back porch: move two outlets down to 10" - consistent with the rest of the house. Add an outlet along brick wall. 6) Finish installing GFCI's at three exterior doors. 7) Check house for any inconsistencies or tune-up items. We didn't find anything else. 8) Service: drive full 8' ground rod. 9) Service: move panel, meter base, riser out to bypass fascia. Stand out on unistrut will meet code. 10) Service: replace 8' riser and service wire with the 10' riser and wire to get riser head above 18" above roof line. 11) Replace hacked up fascia, drip edge and shingle.
