Throughout the school year, Lyons Learning provides academic support in all subjects to students Kindergarten to Eighth grade. Students work with the staff on a One-to-One basis in order to guarantee the attention to detail necessary for students to grasp new concepts. One-to-One Tutoring Sessions are taught by credentialed teachers during thirty, forty five, or sixty minute sessions. One-to-One support provides students homework help as well as the opportunity to relearn or review concepts. Typical sessions involve a discussion regarding the fundamentals needed to understand the concept followed by an assignment with the instructor to guarantee understanding. Students can benefit from weekly or bi-weekly sessions to ensure understanding of the material covered in class.
