2022 COVVHA Wellness Retreat and Convention at the Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center in Oviedo, Florida Children of Vietnam Veterans Health Alliance would love for you to join us for a Wellness Retreat at the Canterbury Retreat and Conference Center in Oviedo, Florida March 10th 4pm EST - March 13th 10am EST. Canterbury is a long standing retreat center that is well versed in doing everything they can to promote wellness and coming together. We have a total of 15 Double Occupancy Rooms available as well as Day Passes for those that would prefer to stay offsite. Double Occupancy Room Rate including tax is $170.33 per night. Each additional adult per room above the double occupancy is $96.30 per night, tax included. Meals and activities are included in your room rate with the exception of the day trip and that will be an additional charge. Details and tickets to follow. For those that do not stay onsite, the Day Passes that are offered are $50 per day, tax included. A day pass is required for EACH day you come onto the property if you are staying offsite. Meals and activities are included in the day pass with the exception of the day trip and that will be an additional charge. Details and tickets to follow. The Canterbury property includes trails, kayaks, canoes, a mile long walking trail with exercise stations, a boat dock and for an additional charge there is a rope/zip line course. There are NO telephones or TV's in the rooms on site. Wifi is available. Additional Information: 1) Orlando is the Closest Airport to Canterbury 2) There is a larger chain hotel within 5 miles of the retreat center if preferred to stay off site 3) Meals are included from Thursday evening to Sunday morning 4) We will have classes and other day options however, we have not finalized the schedule of events yet. We will have a day trip that is NOT included in the double occupancy room rate or the day pass rate. Everyone will need to buy a ticket for that trip. We will add tickets for purchase once we get final information on that. 5) This location is run by the Episcopal Church. With that being said, we will not be conducting any type of religious service . They do have a chapel onsite and it is open to everyone.
