Short Term Rental Manager is a local vacation rental management and real estate brokerage. We are family-owned and operated, NOT a national chain. We are currently hiring housekeepers and vacation rental cleaners to turnover vacation rentals between guests. If you are looking for an active job, with flexible weekend hours, see below for instructions on how to apply Responsibilities • Perform cleaning services for vacation rental homes, including laundry • Travel from site to site (at least 1-2 homes per day) • Ensure all properties are cared for and inspected according to standards • Restock supplies in homes • Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products Requirements • Ideal applicants are hard working, have a strong attention to detail, and are problem solvers • Have availability from 9am-6pm on weekends • You must: - Have a reliable car, car insurance, and a valid drivers license - Be able to speak and read English - Have legal authorization to work in the United States - Be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check - Be physically able (and willing) to bend/squat/lift/reach/climb stairs to complete tasks Benefits • Full-time or part-time work • This is a long-term, year-round job with additional hours available most weeks • No experience needed.
