We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor, who is looking to join a growing and rewarding Property Management company. This Supervisor will run our 144 unit community in South Phoenix, with the assistance of 2 maintenance technicians. Part of this role is communicating with managers, vendors and overseeing 2 technicians and other responsibilities include turns, service request, curb appeal upkeep, inventory control, customer satisfaction, clear communication with management and an overall good attitude. A minimum of 40 hours a week and OT when approved. Being On-call is part of the job description but there is a rotating schedule.

Must provide basic hand and power tools
Must have reliable vehicle transportation
Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code policy •
Must comply with all safety regulations
Required Licenses or Certifications •
Current driver’s license and automobile insurance
May require one or more of the following certifications:
EPA Certification, Type I and II
