Lifetime Tea specializes in custom blending and private label packaging of premium organic teas and herbs. We have immediate openings in our Chandler, Arizona facility for Production Workers to help support our continued growth. Job Responsibilities As a Production Worker, you will perform a wide variety of essential tea production duties that include: • Labeling packages • Filling packages with tea and herbs • Heat-Sealing pouches • Packing orders for shipment • Performing detailed Quality Control on all work Specific qualifications for the role include: • Reliable and on-time with a solid work ethic and commitment to consistent work attendance • Superior attention to detail • Ability to learn how to operate tea packing equipment Requirements for the Production Worker position include: • Must be able to stand for long periods from time to time • Must be able to occasionally lift 10-30 pounds • Love of tea is a big plus! • High school diploma or GED • Must be flexible to work morning shift from 6:30am - 3:00pm - Monday - Friday Starting pay is $14.00 per hour for the first 14 days paid as an independent contractor (no withholdings) paid weekly during the start-up period. After 14 days you will be eligible for a permanent position and a raise to $14.50 per hour plus daily and weekly production incentives.
