Porch railing installation/window installation/removal of clawfoot tub

I have a new double hung window that I need installed to replace the original window. I also have vinyl porch railing to replace wooden railings that are on the front porch. The pillars are made of brick. (Tools needed: masonary bit, impact drill, mitersaw) The wooden railings will need removed. 30”x60” clawfoot tub needs disconnected and removed.
