EcoSystems Landscape Services is looking for a reliable Landscape Construction Manager to plan construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, scheduling and successful completion of the projects. • Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion • Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs • Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Job brief Responsibilities • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion • Review the project in-depth to schedule materials within budget • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with safety regulations • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors • Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory • Meet contractual conditions of performance • Review the work progress on daily basis • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones • Communicate job progress with Director of Operations • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques • Maintain equipment and fleet of vehicles Requirements • Proven working experience in landscape construction and irrigation installations • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods • Expert knowledge of irrigation systems, plant knowledge and material knowledge • Understanding of all facets of the landscape construction process • Familiarity with Microsoft office, email and other forms of communication • Ability to plan and see the “big picture” • Competent in conflict and crisis management • Leadership and human resources management skills • Excellent time and project management skills • Texas Licensed Irrigator or ability to obtain license within first year of employment • Texas Certified Landscape Professional or ability to obtain license within first year of employment • Ability to grow, learn and seek out information Please email your resume for consideration Equal Opportunity Employer
