Plate Compactor work - pathway stabilizer

I have an 800 sq. ft. area of my backyard covered in decomposed granite. The DG was installed couple of years ago over a proper gravel base. I'd like to lay down a new 1/2 inch layer (1 - 1.5 yards worth) and have this layer compacted using G3 pathway stabilizer. I strongly prefer hiring someone who is familiar with this product. I will have the DG delivered to the site along with the stabilizer. You would need to provide a wheelbarrow and plate compactor.
