Looking for framers at all skill levels. I’m looking for full time employees, not subs. Pay scales listed below are typical, but I’m open to negotiate for the right people. The pay scales posted are after 30-day revision period. If you can prove to me you’re worth the pay, I will absolutely pay you what your worth and do my best to keep you happy, but not without showing me your competency. Hablo un poco de español -Working Foreman ($25-$30) Ability to manage a 2-3-man crew. (framing residential SFR) -#1 Position ($20-$24) Knowledgeable about all framing steps. (Framing walls, floor and roof systems). Ability to maintain a productive work pace. -#2 Position ($15-$19) Familiar with most framing steps. Knowledgeable about all pick up work. (hold downs, hardware install, sheer wall, nailing, point loads, etc.) -#3 position ($12-$14) Little to no experience. Ability to safely use a power tool, read a tape measure, and heavy lifting. You will need to have your own carpenter bags and hand tools. Feel free to call, text, or email me with any question.
