Job Description Job Description Forklift driver- SHIPPING/RECEIVING EXPERIENCE A PLUS The Forklift Operator transports totes, material and equipment to the fill line via forklift and puts them away in the proper place in the warehouse for shipping while following all safety and quality procedures. The Forklift Operator works and assists in the paint filling process while still performing other various job duties around the plant. Duties: • Operates forklift to move totes and materials to the fill line; • Transports filled totes to assigned area in warehouse; • Assists Fill Line Team in processes involved in filling totes; • Complete daily forklift inspection; • Use extreme caution in driving forklift to ensure driver and bystander safety; • Inspect totes to ensure they are clean, undamaged and properly labeled to the standards of customer satisfaction; • Actively pursues preventative maintenance on all equipment; • Performs and records calibrations on equipment, scales and gauges; Must be able to: - Lift up to 50 lbs - Work OT and weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14-$15 Job Type: Full-time
