On grand view and between Venice and the small cross street before palms I saw a blonde haired chi that was really scared and about 8 lbs. it ran across the street which is why I had stopped to see if I could get to him he didn’t get hit he went into a construction site barking at me and away towards Mountain View at least not Venice. May be girl or boy not sure it had no collar or tags
