Description
The Publick House Historic Inn is looking for a general maintenance worker.
The position is full time including working some weekend days and holidays.
General maintenance work includes:
Everyday will bring new and different repair issues.
Changing HVAC filters, clearing clogged drains, transporting clean & dirty laundry.
Snow plowing and shoveling of walkways including spreading salt.
Many other miscellaneous tasks are included in the position.
Completion of maintenance tickets for repairs needed to hotel rooms.
Basic skills in tools and construction preferred.
Must be a licensed driver with good insurance record.
Must be able to work alone on projects that don't require more than 1 person.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Apply in person at hotel front desk.
Must be able to pickup and carry 75 pounds.
Must be able to stand on your feet for an 8 hour shift.
