We are seeking a Full-Time Warranty Manager to support our Project Manager. Must be self-motivated, have desire to learn and value productivity.
Job responsibilities include:
• Must have general building knowledge.
• Demonstrate consistency in working well with people.
• Have building maintenance experience.
• Track and manage warranty items.
• Must be able to multi-task and can be organized.
• Perform duties as assigned and work in a safe manner.
Successful candidates for the role of Warranty Manager are highly motivated. Someone who can solve problems on site. Our Warranty Manager will have a basic knowledge and skills and go above and beyond in providing a high level of service to our clients.
