Looking for an opportunity where success comes naturally? Then you may have found your crew. We’re looking for a Mowing Team Equipment Operator to join our team. Here’s what you’d do: Mowing Team Equipment Operator will maintain grounds of golf courses by performing some or all of the following duties. You’d be responsible for: Mowing turf areas using various sized power mowers Operating a towed behind gas powered blower Picking up leaves, trash, and cut grass and placing onto a truck or trailer Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping, sitting Work hours and start times do vary based on weather and tee times. It is our goal to stay ahead of play, which makes mornings and the punctuality of each team member very important. Monday thru Friday we start at 5:30am, weekends and holidays we start at 0500. A normal shift will go 4 to 5 hours depending on play and task. Someone with previous course experience is desired, but also willing to train a candidate that is devoted to learning a new trade.
