Seeking a knowledgeable and experienced caretaker for a part time, live out position at a residential property in Old Westbury. Candidate will be responsible for maintenance of entire property, including grounds, buildings, pools, and private pond. Must have good local vendor relationships and be willing to be on call for emergencies. Responsibilities include: managing regular pool and spa maintenance, caring for pond and wooded trail, overseeing landscaping and gardening, setting up and caring for outdoor furniture, making home/mechanical/appliance repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, and light carpentry.
