Description
Seeking grass roots organizers / media artists / arm-chair publicists
to right a wrong to an African-American male forced out of his job
in what appears to be a ruse by employer (with a history of racism)
to get rid of not just him, but also his union.

Also, New York law school students who need credit for pro bono hours are highly encouraged to apply.

Attempts to settle have failed.
All based on an accusation that
he made an oral threat of violence
- which makes no sense as he has
NO VIOLENT HISTORY
on or off work.
And, a week before this, he had talked to a union rep about how he and co-workers were being threatened with violence - - and if this occurred he might have to file a grievance.
So why would he not just file a grievance, and take time off for stress disability (as a co-worker had earlier done when threatened, and as he reported a week earlier he might do)?
The alleged "victim" of the oral threat, never initiated a complaint (a manager's long time friend said he witnessed the event and reported it to the manager). Also, the "victim" never showed up to hearings about it.
Likely because it never happened, and saying it did would be a lie / perjury.
