Property Management Company now hiring for a Skilled Maintenance Person. Experience in general building maintenance and painting preferred. Looking for self motivated individual who takes great pride in their work, posses the ability to solving various maintenance related issues and has an eye for detail. Daily tasks will include prep, painting and basic repairs to make units rent ready, performing work orders and maintaining common areas and grounds. Experience using hand and electrical tools, the ability to read, write and communicate with other staff and residents. You must posses manual dexterity, physical stamina and the ability to work independently. Must have reliable transportation, valid CDL and proof of Insurance. Background and Drug Testing required.
