Job Requirements: • Operate landscape maintenance equipment: mower, blowers, hedgers, line trimmers, etc. • Maintain/service 5-7 commercial landscape properties alongside other crew members on a daily basis • Communicate with co-workers, commercial property staff in a respectful and courteous manner • Maintain your truck, trailer and equipment in a clean and organized manner • Routinely report on property conditions/issues on your route with Owner • Respond to calls and texts from Owner, Account Manager in a timely manner while on the job. • Be a team player, follow instructions and lead by example • Shifts available are Monday – Friday (flexible). This can be part or full time position • Hours generally are 6:30am – 3:00pm Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of landscape experience • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States • Must have a working cell phone • CDL with a clean driving record, auto insurance • Must be physically capable of manual labor • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs or more • Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements • Ability to understand and speak English • Reliable and on-time • Ability to maintain professional relationships with co-workers and clients.
