Abacus Farms is seeking candidates for a unique and highly sought-after role as the full-time Estate Property Groundskeeper at our beautiful and historic property located in Trappe, Maryland. This property serves as a corporate retreat and houses various guests throughout the week. Primary Responsibilities: landscaping upkeep of farm boat and dock cleaning mowing and edging lawns watering gardens, lawns, landscapes operating lawn mower Requirements: Ability to follow verbal directions Ability to work well alone Reliable and punctual with a dedicated professionalism to job and duties Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines Must be able to safely operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work in a variety of outside conditions for long periods of time
