The Literacy Collaborative Partnership provides a long-term, coherent approach to literacy teaching and learning. Literacy Collaborative is a systematic approach for literacy improvement that brings educators together to continually refine their collective work on behalf of all students. This research based model builds the capacity of school literacy coaches teacher leaders, administrators, and leadership teams to guide and facilitate ongoing, job-embedded professional learning in their schools. This program includes intensive training with Lesley University faculty and bimonthly job-embedded learning to include virtual classroom time followed by practical application in the classroom and a debriefing of new understandings.
