In need asap of a maintenance person for a very busy maintenance company in Greenville NC.
Must have knowledge in doing service repairs on rental properties. Aside from service maintenance repairs. construction knowledge and plumbing is a big plus.
Must be organized, and can perform service calls at an efficient pace. We need someone with experience, actually hands on experience in doing this kind of job. We have no time to train someone. Van &n tools supplied.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must sign and consent to a criminal background & have a clean background.
