Summary Ceres Greenhouse Solutions is a fast growing Boulder, CO based company. Founded in 2011 by Dr. Marc Plinke, we have a passion for sustainable design in the greenhouse industry. Our products include custom designs for residential projects, small backyard greenhouse and large scale commercial projects for agriculture and cannabis growers. Our engineer design team works with clients across the US and Canada and is in search of an experienced Project Manager to liaise with clients, general contractors as well as internally with designers and engineers, successfully managing the planning and construction of Ceres’ projects. Job Responsibilities *Create and manage project timelines *Communicate with all project stakeholders both internally and externally *Manage project budget *Coordinate purchase of all materials *Ensure successful delivery of all materials to job site *Provide construction oversight and project management primarily virtually *Occasional travel for on-site coordination Project Manager Qualifications and Skills *Experience with BIM 360 or other project management software *Detail oriented, diligent, and thorough on all deliverables *Construction experience with large scale (USD 5m+) commercial building projects preferably projects that include processing areas possibly GMP design. *10+ years experience in construction project management *Ability to read and interpret complex MEP plans *Must be comfortable with on-site coordination even though this is only a relatively small part of the required duties *Reviewing/ redlining project drawings and documents with a keen attention to detail *Experience with Revit preferred *Good team player and excellent communication skills both oral and written *Comfort with fast-paced environment *Flexible, resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple deliverables *Strong organizational skills
