Tower Technicians Needed ASAP!

I have a client who is trying to hire a new group of Tower Technicians to work across Minneapolis that will be working towards T-Mobile Cellular Towers. This will not be a contracted job, this will be solely direct hire! The scope of the work will be as follows: Responsibilities: Familiarity with antennas, necessary cabling and grounding, and GPS equipment Electrical installation and testing Site maintenance such as painting, equipment maintenance, and clean-up and removal of trash Assisting in tower work (climbing required) Ensuring safety standards are met daily Climbs and works on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: Climbs and works on communications towers for the purpose of installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems equipment. 2+ years’ experience installing and servicing cell towers and comparable structures Ownership of basic telecom tools: Punch down, snips, wire strippers, cordless drill, Hard Hat, Boots, Safety Glasses, etc. Familiarity with Climber Safety, OSHA or NEC Standards.
