Compensation: $10 -$18 Per Hour Based on Experience Employment type: Full-time We are looking for hard working, trustworthy and honest people to work in our Installation team to install our line of products. I am hiring in the spot if you meet all the qualifications so come on in! *Bring your Valid Drivers License and updated resume *Dress your best, you may be asked to do an interview same day! $10 - $18 / Hr Based on Experience *OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certified are a plus! *Pre-employment Drug Tested *Steel Toe boots are required / Uniform shirts will be assigned * We drug test and perform background checks Work Schedule Changes every 3 months: *Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Tuesday - Saturday 7:00 am -3:30 pm *Holiday Pay after 90 days *Vacation time after 1 year *401K program after 1 year Qualifications and Skills -Must have one year experience operating power and hand tools in construction or related skilled trade -High School diploma/GED -Valid Nevada Driver's license (will need to operate company vehicle to run parts to job sites). -Must have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 ($25 online course employee pays for certification) -Preferred experience in window covering work or as a skilled construction laborer. -Pass drug test Responsibilities and Duties -Install wide variety of window coverings -Repair window coverings purchased by our customers -Provide professional and great customer service -You will be the direct contact between the customer and our company -Project company's best interest at all times. -You will learn how to develop ongoing skills, mutually beneficial, and build customer relationships on all your jobs. -Understand and acknowledge each step of the installation process for all window coverings. This is to ensure proper installation and explain to the customer how each individual style of window covering operates on your installation -Must be reliable and trustworthy - work independently and be self-motivated -Taking accurate measurements & attention to details regarding moldings, walls, and surrounding areas Benefits -Holiday Pay after 90 days of service -401(k) after one year of service -Vacation package after 1 year of service What We're Looking For -Positive and friendly team players that care about the customer -Strong construction skills (measuring, installation, etc.) -Awareness of the latest window treatment trends -1-3 years of experience in construction (window treatment installations preferred) If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, please come in for an interview!
