We are a local property management company with an established reputation. More than 220 rental properties are in our inventory, and growing! Your task as our on-call cleaner is to help in general cleaning of the rental properties we manage after a tenant has moved out, in preparation for a new tenant moving in. Most often this happens at the end of each month or start of each month. You may also help as our business expands to include routine cleaning of occupied rentals in our inventory, and more! We have high standards for cleaning our units, and are looking for a motivated, thorough, hard-working, detail-oriented individual who will work quickly, communicate with supervisors, and follow directions. Your work day involves full-detail cleaning. This job opportunity requires you have the know-how, experience, and physical ability to potentially work long periods of time cleaning a home.
