Seeking experienced sign installers and motivated learners (apprentice) who demonstrate a willingness to work independently and within a team atmosphere in a successful customer satisfaction driven environment. Valid driver's license, an understanding of basic hand tools, power tools and the ability to physically lift moderate weight is necessary. Must be able to work at height (not afraid of heights) and in all types of weather. Potential team members will demonstrate a strong work ethic, honesty, good communication skills and take pride in their performance/craftsmanship. Looking to build upon our band of misfits within a drama free, no BS work environment. We make an effort to be continually improving and expect new team members to want the same. The job requires flexibility in working hours throughout the week as we do not typically work weekends but do sometimes come in early in an effort to beat traffic or as the job demands. Team members are always safe, professional in their manner, personal appearance and should embody an ambitious willing-to-lend-a-hand attitude. More than willing to train the right candidate! This position is responsible for the installation and service of all types of signage, interior and exterior of various sizes and quantities, including large projects for local sign companies and National Account programs. Also a plus: Experience in welding, vinyl application, basic electrical, has own hand tools, Hoisting license, OSHA 10, general knowledge in construction, computer and internet skills, electrical license, CDL license
