We are a small rapidly growing screen printing shop looking for a energetic person to join us, preferably with experience screen printing on textiles (t-shirts, sweatshirts, totes and other promotional products). Key Duties - Review orders, unbox and count apparel, reporting discrepancies looking for immediate solutions. - Stack, count and perform quality check on printed apparel and prepare it for shipping or local pick up. - Break down and clean screens and working tools after every job. - Reclaiming and coating screens for both auto and manual presses. - Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area. - Assist customers loading and carrying boxes through freight elevator and to their vehicles. Qualifications - Ability to follow written and oral instructions - Able to take a job from A to Z with no supervision and keep quality standards. - Ability to work in a team. - Ability to lift 30-40 lbs, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time. - Open to work overtime on weekends during the peak season. - Detail oriented and problem solving mindset. - Experience operating a manual and automatic screen printing press, effectively and on its own. (Preferred) - Ability to register a multi color design (up to 6 colors) with no help in a timely manner.(Preferred) - Able to identify a PMS color ink match and do the proper mixing if necessary.
