Help with moving

Hi I am looking for two strong people to help me move a few items on Friday, around noon. I will need help moving a sofa, washer/dryer and a queen size bed frame that will be taken apart. Willing to pay $60. cash for help... should not be more than an hour of work even if that. If you have a truck even better. Please let me know
