Co-parent my awesome dog

Description
So. Luther is a good boy. An amazing boy! Smart as a whip, super sweet (no aggression issues) and a huge fan of alligator-mouth wrestling, Luther is a 2-year-old, neutered and well-loved Great Dane / Weimeraner mix. He's gorgeous and a bundle of big-dog, squirrel-lusting energy — I'll never give him up! So what's the deal? It's this: He has intense exercise and constant free-range adventure yearnings I can't provide from an apartment. Granted, my apartment is right by Greenlake, and I run about six miles with him daily, take many long walks and hikes, and take him to dog parks. I hired a dog walker on workdays...but it just isn't enough to quench Luther's thirst for activity. So, here's my unorthodox solution: I want to share him with a coparent who has a bit of room to run, or who maybe takes backroads bike rides or intense long hikes, and wants a companion. We'd share either long or short blocks of time with him; maybe alternate weeks, or weekends, or every two weeks — super flexible. Like a child of benign divorce, Luther would alternate his time between the country and the city, on a flexible schedule that works for everyone. If you have wanted a dog, but haven't found one yet — or if you travel sometimes, or don't want to surrender your every free hour, or are worried about cost, or if you would like the protection a big dog offers as you foray into the wilderness, this arrangement could be great. I really can't emphasize how great Luther is. People compliment him constantly, and random folks have asked me if they could literally have him. He just has more activity needs than any one person can provide. If this sounds like something you're interested in, text me and we can arrange a time to meet up. Also, if you're about to say I should have known an apartment wouldn't work for a dog like Luther, you're totally right! I should have. To be fair, I got him as a puppy and was told he was a whole other (medium sized) breed :D If you want to tell me that I should move if I'm a caring pet owner, you're also right! But I can't — my mom is declining in hospice nearby and I need to stay for a while. Other judgements? Please refrain. Luther is a happy boy, and this is one way I'm trying to make his life even more extra.
