We are Ecoscape Architectural Design, a growing landscaping and hardscaping business working in the Des Plaines area with five years under our belt. We are looking to add the right people to our company, who we can grow with. If you know what you're doing, and you prove you're a hard worker, you will be valued here. We are looking for a foreman, starting salary will be $20/hour You can expect up to 50 hours a week Landscaping experience is a must Landscaping knowledge / general handyman knowledge is a must Hard work ethic is a must Hardscaping / construction experience is valued Leadership experience in a labor setting is valued Spanish language speakers are valued Ultimately, the foreman will be the main point of contact between management and the work crew As part of the work crew you will work in the field everyday, as well as keep track of the job process and employees. However, you have to be the right type of person, who can get this job done up to standards. (If you believe that you have experience, knowledge, and the work ethic required, but do not meet up to this position we are always hiring for general laborers and team leader laborers between $15-$19/hr based on experience and value added to the company.)
