The Janitorial Worker is responsible for providing an attractive, clean, safe and well maintained interior and exterior environment. Must have at least 2 years experience Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Keep building and premises clean, safe and neat at all times. • Ability to work independently with little supervision. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to shift and manage multiple priorities. Qualifications & Job Requirements: • Supply pick-up (going to the store for supplies) • Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods and lifting up to 25 pounds • Available to work weekends. • Ability to work independently to complete job duties and assignments in a timely manner with limited supervision. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must pass background check
