Seeking a Barn Cat or Outdoor cat ASAP

I am looking for a barn cat or an outdoor cat for my property. I have a a small flock of chickens and ducks that attract mice and other small rodents, and birds. The cat would be able to come and go as they please, and will have acres of property to roam around, in a no outlet neighborhood. I do not have a barn per se, but I will be able to provide a large suitable shelter (and heat in the winter) for the cat.
