Landscape Drainage & Construction Foreman/Salesman $50K - $70K + Commission Job Description: Looking for a Landscape Construction & Drainage Foreman/Estimator who will be responsible for overseeing multiple crews and assisting in the installation and management of landscape drainage, hardscape and landscape design projects. The right candidate will be detail oriented, punctual, follow instructions with precision, have professional customer communication skills and speak some Spanish. The preferred candidate will also have basic knowledge of landscape drainage systems and experience with loader equipment. Position Responsibilities (But Not Limited To) • Oversee multiple crews and jobs • Plan and organize daily and weekly jobs for routing and materials needed for each job • Ability to read and install drainage systems from plans set by the owner • Excellent customer service skills to be able work closely with homeowners • Maintain equipment on-site properly and report and equipment problems • Solve problems on site • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Work as a team player • Run estimates, prepare them and submit them with accuracy and detail Skill Requirements • High school degree or GED • Basic computer skills • Driver’s License and your own transportation • Experience with loader/tractor operation is a plus • Some Spanish is a plus • We are willing to train an exceptional candidate!
