90s/2000s cover band seeking Bassist

“Run For Cover”, one of the DMV area's hottest 90s/2000s cover bands, is searching for a new bass player. Our current bassist is going to be moving out of the state, and we are looking for a dynamic, hard working, and experienced bassist to join the team. We are actively getting show offers, and would love someone who can hop in ASAP. We have a link to our Promo video below! We play a mix of 90’s and 2000’s rock/pop covers. Pre-covid we were averaging about 50-60 paid gigs a year at some of the top DC bars/venues. This is not a small commitment, we do spend the majority of our weekend evenings on stage performing. If you have a work schedule that requires work on friday/saturday nights, this is not the gig for you. We also perform for 3 hours on the average night, which requires learning up to 50 or 60 songs and requires a good bit of stamina. What we are looking for: -Someone near our age group (25-35) -Someone in the DMV area -Reliable transportation and gear -Experience in playing 3 hour sets -Weekend availability. -Ability to play to a click AND with In Ear Monitors -Able to help with the load in/load out. -Stage presence -Backing vocals is always a plus.
