Advanced Concrete Coatings, Inc., based in Raleigh, NC, specializes in polished concrete and epoxy coatings for commercial projects. ACC is growing rapidly and seeking individuals to learn the polished concrete trade by joining our polished concrete crews and participating in our training program. The Polished Concrete Crew Member (PCCM) will report directly to a Polished Concrete Crew Leader and/or Operations Manager but also work closely with other crew members and ACC staff. The PCCM will be required to: • Have reliable transportation to and from the shop daily. • Work 40+ hours a week with some weekends as required. • Demonstrate punctuality, eagerness to learn, and a desire to succeed. • Work/stay Out-of-Town when necessary. • Be responsible with PPE, Tools, Equipment, and Company Vehicles- a valid driver’s license is required. • Perform basic tasks and follow instructions. • Possess the ability to perform physical labor, work well with others within a team setting, and learn and complete required tasks. This is an entry-level position with room for growth within the company. Compensation is hourly beginning at $15/hr. Pay raise after 90 days and compensation will include paid holidays, paid time off, periodic bonuses based on job performance and profitability, retirement benefits, and more.
