Handyman needed for multiple household projects, including (listed in order of priority)... 1. small drywall patch on ceiling (child broke with foot while in loft bed) 2. deck modifications to satisfy code violation (adjustment of steps, shortening of deck to be 10ft from property line, installing of self-closing gates) 3. replace bedroom door 4. Laying of do-it-yourself locking vinyl flooring in bathrooms and laundry room 5. replacing of indoor/outdoor carpeting in laundry room 6. Install insulation To start...
