Ridgeline Roofing is looking to add a member to our crew immediately! While experience in roofing is a plus, the most important qualifications for this job are reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We are a small crew of craftsmen who do things right 100% of the time, and we will not tolerate anything less from our newest member. The successful applicant can expect above market pay to start, with that pay quickly increasing as it becomes clear that the person meets the criteria above. You will do work that you can be proud of, and will be well compensated for it. Must be willing to work through a personnel service for all HR matters, and have a valid driver's license and transportation. Basic hand tools and a belt will be expected within the first couple of weeks if they are not already owned. All other equipment will be provided.
